About VIVIAIA footwear

If you haven’t come across VIVAIA footwear before, they’re a global footwear brand that started gaining traction in the US around 2020, and now they ship to over 60 countries, including Australia. They’ve got a pretty quick delivery system too, so you can usually get your shoes within about a week, and they have a 30-day return and exchange policy.

About VIVAIA footwear

What I really like about VIVAIA footwear is their strong focus on eco-friendly materials. All their shoes are made from recycled materials, mostly plastic bottles, which helps reduce waste and environmental impact. They also use natural materials like sugarcane, rice husks, herbal insoles, and natural rubber to keep things sustainable. Their production process is designed to cut down on waste by knitting shoes to shape, which is pretty clever. Plus, many of their shoes are machine washable or easy to clean, so they last longer and don’t end up in landfill.

On top of that, they don’t compromise on comfort, with features like breathable mesh, padded insoles, and lightweight soles, their shoes feel great to wear all day. It’s a nice balance of style, comfort, and being kind to the planet, which is why I’m happy to share their shoes with you today. So, let’s dive in and start with these gorgeous Everly boots.

Everly Boots Try On

The Everly boots come in a few different colours but I chose this classic brown, perfect for fall and winter. Right out of the box, one of the first things I noticed was how lightweight they are. Mine are a size 39, so slightly heavier than the EU37 listed on the site at 350 grams per shoe, but they still feel surprisingly light for a boot. Almost like you’re not wearing boots at all. They were really easy to get on, too. No tugging or awkward struggling, which I appreciate when I’m in a rush (which is always).

And I had an accidental real-world test of the stain resistance. My son tipped out nearly an entire bottle of BBQ sauce across the kitchen floor (a real parenting moment), and I ended up with a couple of drops on the Everlys while cleaning up. I hadn’t even filmed the outfit yet so I kind of freaked out… but they wiped clean instantly and left absolutely no trace. Major relief and a good reminder that these are built to handle life while still looking cute. Honestly, they’re comfy, practical, and super cute, which is pretty much the trifecta.

Everly Boots with Cream Legwarmers

VIVAIA also includes detachable knit leg warmers with these boots, which is such a clever touch. I received mine in Cream and Dark Chocolate Brown, and they came beautifully packaged in the cutest little bags. They’re easy to add or remove and instantly change the look of the boots. It’s like getting two styles in one. Now that you’ve seen the boots on their own, let’s look at three different ways I’ve styled them for fall and winter outfits.

Everly Boots with Chocolate Brown Legwarmers

Outfit 01

For this first look, I wanted to play with a sporty-luxe mix. I’ve paired the boots and the cream leg warmers with a black leather mini skirt and a white lace mock neck top for a bit of texture. Over the top, I’ve added this olive green anorak jacket with a faux fur hood. It gives that cozy fall vibe but still feels cool and casual. I’ve gone with a black belt bag, tortoiseshell cat eye sunglasses, and gold details, a chunky watch and square stud earrings, to tie it all together.

Outfit 02

This next outfit is all about luxe layers and a bold mix of texture and print. I’ve taken a beige turtleneck sweater dress and tucked it into black leather shorts to give it more shape. I’ve layered on my tan wool coat and added a bit of fun with these leopard print black tights. The boots and brown leg warmers add that grounded fall feel, and I’ve finished it off with gold and black flower earrings, and a snakeskin print bag for even more pattern play.

Outfit 03

For this last look with the Everly boots, I’m leaning into cozy autumnal tones with a soft, preppy twist. I’ve paired a mustard yellow and cream plaid mini skirt with a muted pink balloon-sleeve sweater that sits just off the shoulder. Underneath, I’ve layered a beige long sleeve top for added warmth and texture, perfect for transitional weather. I’ve accessorised with small gold hoops, my tortoiseshell Apple Watch band, and either tortoiseshell sunglasses or pink tortoiseshell prescription glasses depending on whether I want to lean more classic or embrace a full preppy academia vibe.

I’m also carrying a brown handbag to tie in with the earthy tones, and if it’s particularly chilly, I’d layer over my pleated beige trench coat for that effortlessly polished finish. This outfit actually works beautifully with either of the included leg warmers. The Cream ones enhance the soft tones in the outfit and make it feel extra light and feminine, while the Dark Chocolate Brown adds a bit of contrast and grounds the look more for those moodier, late-autumn days.

AllDay Sneakers Try On

Next up are the Allday Sneakers. These are such a great everyday option if you’re after something comfy, breathable, and easy to wear. One of the standout features is that they’re totally hands-free slip-ons, which is perfect for busy mornings, travel days, or when you’ve got your hands full (which, let’s be honest, is most days for me). The upper is made from a breathable mesh material that feels light and flexible but still supportive, and the cushioned sole adds a really soft, springy feel underfoot. They also have a rubber anti-slip sole for added grip and support. If you’re someone who likes low-maintenance footwear… they’re machine washable too, which is a big win in my book.

After wearing them around, I can honestly say they’re super comfy. I loved that I could slip them on easily with no hands, and the warm white and beige colourway worked beautifully with both sporty, casual looks and more elevated, layered outfits. They felt supportive, comfortable, and like something I could happily wear all day. Now let me show you three casual and comfy ways I’ve styled these sneakers.

Outfit 01

Leaning into athleisure for this first look. I’ve paired the sneakers with some brown ribbed cycling shorts and a cropped pink hoodie. To add a bit of personality, I’ve gone all in on the pink accessories, a floral headband, pink crew socks, and these fun pink sunglasses and finished it off with classic pearl stud earrings to balance the look. This is a super comfy outfit that still feels put-together and playful, and the sneakers tie it all together with that clean, neutral base.

Outfit 02

For the second look, I’ve gone for something a bit more elevated but still relaxed. I’ve paired the sneakers with a brown pleated faux suede midi skirt and a cropped white hoodie that has a fun little ‘c’est la vie’ print on it. I added a yellow crossbody bag for a bright pop of colour, and these wooden statement earrings bring the whole palette together with their mix of yellow, teal, and burgundy. I’m wearing beige crew socks with the sneakers this time to keep things neutral and cohesive. It’s a comfy but stylish combo that’s great for casual days when you still want to look put-together.

This last look is a bit more classic. Perfect for cooler days or when you want something a little more polished. I’m wearing beige wide-leg pants with a white button-up shirt layered under a cream cable-knit sweater, and I’ve thrown on a tan wool coat over the top for extra warmth and structure. For accessories, I’ve kept it refined with gold hoop earrings and my Calvin Klein handbag, which adds a subtle pattern with its mix of beige and brown tones, a nice contrast to all the texture in the outfit. The sneakers add that clean, modern edge and keep the whole look feeling grounded and wearable.

Michelle Flats Try On

And finally, we have the Michelle Flats. These have such a sweet and classic look, and the plaid bow detail on this pair gives them a bit of personality without being too loud. Comfort-wise, they’ve got a herbal insole and extra heel padding, which makes them feel a lot more supportive than your average ballet flat. The upper is also made with a 4-way stretch knit, so it really moulds to your foot and just like the sneakers, these are machine washable too, which is such a bonus for extending their life.

Michelle Flats

After trying them out, I was honestly surprised by how cushioned they felt, definitely way more supportive than any ballet flats I’ve owned before. They actually have proper cushioned insoles, not just a flat sole! I wore them to the park with Jad for their first outing and did a fair bit of walking. I did end up getting a blister on my right foot just under the ankle, but to be fair, that’s not unusual for me. My right foot is nearly a size smaller than my left, so when I size for the bigger foot (which I have to), the smaller one can slide around a bit until the shoes break in. Still, they’re super cute and felt really wearable overall. Let me show you how I’ve styled these flats in three different ways, from dressy to casual and everything in between.

Outfit 01

This first look feels polished with a playful twist. I’ve paired the Michelle Flats with a black textured knit turtleneck sweater from my StyleWe haul and a black tweed pleated mini skirt, layered over mauvey purple tights for a soft, unexpected pop of colour. On top, I’ve added a black blazer with lace statement sleeves, and belted it with a light beige-brown belt to define the waist and break up the darker tones.

Michelle Flats Outfit 01

For accessories, I swapped in a brown tote bag, styled with a silk pastel pink and blue scarf tied around the handle which picks up the soft blue tones in the plaid of the flats and ties the whole colour palette together. I finished it off with light blue earrings to echo that same detail. I love how the mix of textures knit, tweed, lace, silk adds depth, and the flats really help pull everything together in a way that feels thoughtful but still wearable.

For the second outfit, I wanted to lean into something a little softer and more classic. I’m wearing a light denim maxi skirt and a white knit cardigan buttoned up over a light blue singlet. I’ve used a tan crossbody bag to echo the warm brown tones in the shoes, and accessorised with a dainty gold necklace and gold hoop earrings for a clean, feminine finish. If I needed another layer, I’d throw on a pleated trench coat. It’s an easy way to stay cozy without losing the lightness of the look.

Outfit 03

For this third look, I wanted something a little more bold and retro-inspired. I started with a pair of burgundy red corduroy flares, which add instant texture and a rich pop of colour. On top, I layered a black mesh button-up shirt over a black singlet bodysuit, giving the outfit just the right amount of edge and structure. To accessorise, I added a silver coin necklace and a pair of blue organic-shaped hoop earrings for a fun, unexpected contrast.

Michelle Flats Outfit 03

I cinched the waist with that same light beige-brown belt to tie in tones from the flats, then layered a white cropped cardigan for softness and topped it all off with an oversized light-wash denim jacket for a relaxed finish. My brown Calvin Klein patterned handbag and burgundy sunglasses round out the look and pull all the colours together. This outfit feels a little nostalgic but still modern and the flats keep it grounded and super wearable.
