Notice Period:

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.

 

Cancellation Fee:

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged 50% of the service fee.
  • No fee will be charged for cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance.

 

No-Show Policy:

  • Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged the full service fee.

 

Rescheduling:

  • Clients can reschedule their appointment up to 24 hours in advance without any penalty.

 

Emergency Situations:

  • We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel due to an emergency.
