About Cosy Island

Before diving into the outfits, I want to take a moment to talk about Cosy Island, the brand behind these fantastic shoes. The name itself resonates with their philosophy—creating a cosy, comfortable space for your feet.

I hadn’t heard of them before they reached out to me for this collaboration, but after learning more about their approach to sustainability, comfort, and innovation, I was seriously impressed. Comfort in shoes has become more important than ever for me, especially after being diagnosed with Morton’s neuroma in my left foot. While I wear orthotics at home to manage it, I’m not ready to give up my high heels! Finding heels that offer both support and style is a game-changer—and that’s exactly what Cosy Island delivers.

Why Cosy Island?

  • Reinforced arch support insoles to reduce foot fatigue
  • Elastic yarn with advanced 3D knit technology, making them flexible and accommodating foot issues like bunions and bursitis
  • Sustainable materials, including recycled plastic for the uppers, natural latex for the insoles, and durable rubber for the outsoles

Shipping & Packaging

Cosy Island offers free standard shipping to most countries, with delivery typically taking 7-15 days. They also have a 180-day return policy, with free returns if the product is incorrect or defective.

For my order, I placed it on January 31st, received a shipping confirmation on February 5th, and the shoes arrived by February 7th. The packaging was lovely—each pair came in a cute yellow box with a dust bag, a protective sheet, and even a foot measurement guide for future orders. The only downside? The shoes had a strong scent out of the box, which isn’t unusual for synthetic or patent materials, but something to keep in mind if you’re sensitive to smells.

Now that you know why I’m so excited about Cosy Island, let’s get into the workwear lookbook!

Pair 01: Bowtention Pointed Toe Heeled Mules in Blue ($158.78 AUD)

Bowtention Pointed Toe Heeled Mules

The first pair I chose was the Bowtention Pointed Toe Heeled Mules in Blue—the colour immediately caught my eye! Not only is it absolutely stunning, but it also fits beautifully within my soft summer colour palette. These heels feature a low heel, sleek pointed toe, and a tasteful bow detail, making them the perfect blend of elegance and comfort.

Corporate Outfit #01

For a corporate office setting, I kept things polished and professional while allowing the blue heels to shine:

  • Black high-neck blouse + tailored black blazer for a sleek, structured look
  • Black wide-leg trousers (structured pants would elevate it further in a stricter corporate environment)
  • Drop shell earrings (a gift from my husband!)
  • Black & cream mini briefcase handbag, accessorized with a silk scarf for a subtle print mix

For a creative workspace, I wanted something fun, stylish, and expressive, while still polished:

  • Mint trousers to add a fresh, modern touch that complements the blue heels
  • White long-sleeve wrap peplum top for a flattering silhouette
  • Blue & yellow statement earrings for contrast and playfulness
  • Gold hair clips and a white/yellow crossbody handbag for light, bright finishing touches

Business Casual Outfit #01

For a business casual setting, I embraced an analogous colour palette for a relaxed yet stylish look:

  • Lavender pleated wide-leg pants for a soft, elegant flow
  • Light blue chunky knit sweater to balance the sleekness of the trousers
  • Purple belt with a silver buckle for added structure
  • Navy blue coat to anchor the outfit
  • Pearlescent crossbody bag that subtly reflects all the colours in the look
  • Silver hoop earrings + a purple pendant necklace for delicate, refined details

This outfit strikes the perfect balance between laid-back and chic, with the blue mules adding a unique touch.

Pair 02: Elegant Chic Pointed Toe Heeled Mules in Apricot ($158.78 AUD)

Elegant Chic Pointed Toe Heeled Mules

Next, I went for a neutral and practical option with the Elegant Chic Pointed Toe Heeled Mules in Apricot. My classic nude pumps were on their last legs, so these were a perfect replacement.

The tie-up detail, slip-on design, and knitted texture make them more exciting than a basic nude heel. They feature a super cushioned sole for comfort, but the elastic ties are quite tight—they dig into my foot after long wear, so I’m hoping they loosen over time. Another thing to note is that these are very pointed, which elongates the foot beautifully without squishing the toes!

Corporate Outfit #02

  • Black statement-sleeve top under Beige button-up vest top
  •  High-waisted black trousers for a sophisticated, neutral palette
  • Gold hoop earrings for classic elegance
  • Chunky gold Apple Watch band for confident boss lady energy
  • Black and cream mini briefcase handbag for a refined finish

Creative Outfit #02

  • Leopard print silk midi skirt paired with a muted purply-pink grid-patterned blouse with puffy sleeves
  • Brown round wooden statement earrings & white and gold barrette
  • Classic black bucket bag keeping it chic and practical

Business Casual Outfit #02

  • Black mom jeans to dress down the heels with a black belt
  • Snakeskin lace and silk cami singlet underneath a cream cropped cardigan
  • Organically shaped silver hoop earrings and similarly organically shaped silver necklace to bring a modern edge to the ensemble
  • Black bucket bag – timeless, practical, and stylish

Pair 03: Curve Luxe Pointed Toe Chelsea Boots ($220.94 AUD)

Curve Luxe Pointed Toe Chelsea Boots

For my final choice, I wanted to go for something completely different, so I decided on a boot. I went with the Curve Luxe Pointed Toe Chelsea Boots in Burgundy, in a US 8.5. I always like to size up in boots so I can wear chunky socks in winter—comfort is key!

What I love about these boots is the mix of textures—they have a knit fabric for most of the boot, which keeps them soft and flexible, while the patent leather block heels and piping details give them just the right amount of edge. Surprisingly, these don’t actually have a zipper—they’re a pull-on style. Thankfully, the fabric is quite stretchy, so getting my foot in wasn’t an issue at all. ! Like the other pairs, these boots look high quality, with a cushioned and comfortable sole. They have a sleek, pointed toe, but there’s no squishing, which is always a win in my book.

Creative Outfit #03
